Self-Care Tuesday exist to help you take a break from your busy schedule. It’s a time to stop, take a breath and relax a little. Self-care is not selfish. It can help reduce anxiety, improve your mood and is key to good relationships.
For only 15 minutes every Tuesday, from 12 Noon to 12:15pm we will provide a space for you to take a breather, to encourage and pray for you. We are so excited to be able to support you during the day and to encourage you each week.
